About me and the site

Hi, I’m Peter. While my father was a master baker, my life took me down a different road. As a distraction from the pressures of my work I began to bake and cook. Picking up tips and tricks from my father and writing them down as I went. One of the most surprising things I’ve found is the wonder people have that I can bake. They all think baking is hard. In fact it is easy with a good recipe and the right equipment.

This site is dedicated to providing simple recipes that anyone can bake or cook regardless of their skill level. Tackling recipes of different complexity is the way that we grow as a baker. However, the key is you must enjoy what you are doing. As they like to say bake with passion and love.
